This package consists of four 25-minute HIIT Empowerment Workout classes that are designed exclusively for women. It is more than a fitness routine; it’s a journey towards enhancing your self-confidence, strength, and empowerment, while breaking a sweat! This class is filled with positivity and fun, which will have you feeling energized and ready to conquer your day confidently! Class Structure: 9:05-9:10AM- Warm Up 9:10-9:25AM- HIIT Routine 9:25-9:30AM- Core OR Glute-Focused Burnout Demonstrations (along with modifications) of the exercises will be performed right after warm up. The Tabata Method will be utilized to complete the workout! So, log on and join us on the journey aiming to show up as the best version of ourselves! We’re in this TOGETHER, LADIES! Lastly, please consult with your medical professional before beginning any new fitness activity, especially if you had or currently experience medical conditions. ALL payments are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE. Classes cannot be rescheduled! The sessions are on Saturdays at 9AM, CST. Those dates include: -September 16th -September 23rd -September 30th Once the September Virtual Group Fitness package is purchased, you’ll receive an email that includes the zoom link (same for all September sessions), workout routine, and empowerment activity!
