About
You don't need another program you'll quit by week two. You need 21 days you can actually finish. If you've started and stopped more times than you can count, this is for you. Your days are full. Work, family, everyone needing something from you. By the time you get a minute, you're too tired to figure out what to do with it. So you do nothing, and then you feel guilty about it. The 21-Day Reset Challenge takes the guessing away. Each day, your plan tells you exactly what to do. What your 21 days look like (Mon, Nov 9 to Sun, Nov 29): • 3 strength days a week, 12 minutes each • 2 short cardio days, 3 minutes or a walk • 2 active rest days, because rest is part of the plan • Every day: a workout tip, a nutrition tip, and a scripture to carry with you That's about 42 minutes of workouts a week. Less time than one episode of your favorite show. Every move is modified on screen, so you go at your level. Most days need no equipment. No gym, no commute, no 5 AM alarm. You won't be doing this alone: • A private group of women resetting right alongside you • Sat, Nov 14: Free community walk in Mansfield, for local Resetters • Sat, Nov 21: Live workout with me on Zoom, 8:00 AM CT Missed a day? You don't start over. You pick up with today's plan and keep going. Now picture Nov 29. You kept a promise to yourself for 21 straight days. You feel stronger, you have more energy for the people you love, and you finally know you can follow through. Two ways to join (joining closes Monday, Nov 9): • $37 for the 21-Day Reset Challenge • Or join The Resetter Circle for $29 a month. The challenge is included, and you keep going after Nov 29. Starting again isn't starting over. Get through the hard now, so you can smooth sail later. And as always.. Reset, Resetters.
