About the event

This 30-minute virtual workout is designed especially for busy women who want an effective reset without spending hours exercising. We’ll begin with a brief warm-up and move into a full-body strength and cardio routine to help improve endurance, build strength, and increase energy. You’ll also experience a fun cardio dance segment to elevate your heart rate and boost your mood, and we’ll close our time together with a grounding prayer to reset your mind and spirit.


You may use light to medium dumbbells for added resistance, or bodyweight only if that feels best for you. Modifications will be provided throughout the workout to support all fitness levels, whether you are starting, restarting, or advancing your routine.


Please consult with your physician before participating if you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns, and always listen to your body first, taking breaks as needed.
