Personal Training

A 45-minute session dedicated to your personal development. I will assess your physical needs, encourage you throughout the process, create a workout plan, and provide physical and nutritional guidance. Progress will be evaluated on a monthly basis. 

Group Classes

A 1-hour session that includes empowerment segments, HIIT, and dance routines. An environment filled with women working to build one another and reach similar goals. Thursdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 9AM.


Fitness Challenges

A 14 or 21-day guide designed to challenge one’s daily routine. The challenges consist of self care routines, a workout agenda, nutritional guidance, and group accountability. This program is designed to assist with building a healthy habit and jumpstart your physical activity journey.
